Vehicle protection at new Multi-Storey Car Showroom
Location: Dublin, Ireland
A new 5 floor Car Showroom in Dublin needed to safely protect staff, clients and stock of new cars around each level of its perimeter, with Emtek being asked to come up with an innovative barrier solution in keeping with the car brands premium status.
Working with the client and their architect we provided our iFlex Car Park Barrier system which offers BS EN1991 compliance, whilst also giving a less abrasive look and feel, compared to traditional Armco barriers. Manufactured in grey from A-Safe’s unique iFlex polymer material, it allows barriers to absorb energy upon impact from a vehicle strike, then reform to the original state. This solution helps reduce long term product maintenance/repair costs for the client and can also be easily cleaned down. In addition Emtek supplied hundreds of stainless steel bollards around the perimeter of the showroom to complete the overall scheme.
