The Complete Solution


The HA 104 Compliant Emtek Ultracrete Ironwork Reinstatement System is a unique approach to highway maintenance in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Independently tested and accredited, this BBA/HAPAS approved system offers a 5 year service life, providing unrivalled reassurance for both contractors and local authorities.

Stage 1 - Bedding Mortar

Select a high strength fast setting mortar that is HA 104 Compliant.

Stage 2 - Backfill Concrete

Backfill with a rapid strength flowable concrete to give additional support to the ironwork and reinstated area.

Stage 3 - Wearing Course
