At Emtek we support local, national and international work in the community. We believe we have a responsibility to support those who are less fortunate in areas such as education, health and social depravation. We work in partnership with organisations to help deliver hope to those in need and inspire the next generation. Education programme Emmanuel Africa is a Christian Charity, established to help provide education to children in Uganda. Emtek are partnering in the building of a new Secondary School and will be providing on-going long term support for the children’s meals, education resources and accommodation. It is a privilege for Emtek to be able to support this programme. Community programme Young people in Lurgan can face many challenges growing up, but a local charity is making a difference. LINKS is a cross community project dedicated to working alongside young people from a range of social backgrounds, teaching them life skills through after school programmes and weekend retreats. We are delighted to be able to support the work of LINKS. Sports programme We are pleased to be supporting a local boy’s football team, Lurgan Junior High School, year 11. Promoting good team work and positive attitudes, this support programme helps encourage the boys that they can all strive to achieve more by working together. We wish the team continued success.
